Medium Spiraled Honu Plate

The honu (sea turtle) is such a magical animal. They are incredibly easy going, and I think represent Hawaii very well, spirit of aloha. This is a sloped with a spiraled blue honu that is contrasted by a warm yellow glaze on the exterior plate to contrast the color inside, making the plate really pop aesthetically. This plate is great for a special occasion with family and friends, appetizer, amuse, or decor. This plate is one of a kind as it is produced using altered slip cast technique; these are not pressed plates. The incredibly thin walls make the piece that much more appealing like fine china, which it is.
